Keep Shooting
Before we get into the actual program there are a few things I wanted to go over that will be serve as a sort of FAQ before you dive in. This will give you a better idea of what is needed, time commitment, logistics, etc.
No. While it may make it easier for some of the exercises, having a partner will not be absolutely necessary. I will provide with exercises that call for one a substitute/replacement plan.
The answer to this will vary. However, the amount of reps are merely a suggestion. As with anything there is no magic number that is going to bring us to breakthrough understanding. You will get out of this program what you decide to put into it. Whether that’s going above and beyond the suggested rep count is completely up to you. I understand we all have busy lives. If you can focus heavily on this for at MAX an hour, you’ll be making some serious strides.
This question comes up often within my subscription. I would recommend you start where you’re comfortable and when you start to get the hang of things move things back, but no further than the foul line for what we’re doing. Our focus is more so on the understanding of what’s happening. This isn’t a program designed to having you bombing 3’s from the outside.
While it would definitely benefit to have one, having a hoop is not absolutely necessary. I have seen some amazing transformations occur without use of a hoop. In this case you will obviously need a basketball, but you can modify exercises to account for not having a basket. Shooting to yourself or implementing other exercises (I will provide) will serve you just as well!
Yes. I want you to fully immerse yourself in this content. Let’s take a dive into a deeper understanding of what we’re out to accomplish. Set aside 7 straight days you know you will be able to get this done.
I would recommend implementing parts of the diet into your daily routine. Through working with clients both in my subscription and in person, there is always 1 or 2 exercises that seem to “click” with an individual. You will know what that exercise is for you. When you find it - incorporate it into what you do daily.
Absolutely. In a perfect world I would recommend doing it 2 or 3 times. Going through it with an increased awareness and understanding will allow you to connect to the material in a way that you were not able to do the first time.
Yes - if you sign up for my Keep Shooting Subscription we can go through this program together and I will personally answer all of your questions.
